At 18:00 on July 10, 2022, the Group Company’s Management Technology Empowering Platform 1.0 (Empowering Platform hereinafter) was officially launched. Launch of the Empowering Platform is an important innovation of the enterprise management ideas and methods, as well as an effective enrichment and improvement of the support service system featuring “a flexible front-end and a powerful back-stage database”.
The Empowering Platform has provided a new way, a new carrier and a new window for powering the front end, staff, and development. It has two core functions: First, it builds a convenient, efficient and commonly shared exchange and interaction platform for all the staff to “put forward wise opinions and practical measures”. Second, it has built an integrated, systematic and long-acting knowledge sharing platform across the Group. This can help to achieve knowledge integration, resource sharing, interconnection, and whole staff interaction more effectively.
Construction of the Empowering Platform is a major action personally proposed, planned and promoted by Fan Jintian, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Group. Under the leadership and coordination of Zhang Gangyu, Vice-general Manager of the Group Company, construction of the Empowering Platform was started on January 19, 2022 and was basically completed on June 27, 2022. During this period, relevant departments of the Group Company focused on platform planning and development while sorting out and compiling the first batch of materials. With in-depth research, careful running-in, and serious preparation, they have achieved the construction objective as scheduled. Next, they will hasten to resolve the problems occurring in the operation of the new platform and make continual optimization and improvements.
